Refund policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, expired, or wrong product delivered

The issue is reported within 01 hours of delivery

The product is unused and in original packaging (if applicable)

Proof (photo/video) is provided through WhatsApp support

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless damaged or wrong item delivered:

Fresh fruits and vegetables

Dairy products (milk, curd, butter, etc.)

Frozen food

Opened food packets

Personal care and hygiene products

Baby food

Items purchased on clearance or special offer

3. Perishable Items

Due to the nature of grocery products:

Complaints for perishable items must be reported within 1 hours of delivery

After this period, returns will not be accepted

4. Refund Process

Once approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days

Refund will be credited to:

Original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking)  
5. Cancellation Policy
 
Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 3 working days
