What products are eligible for return?
Returns are accepted if the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or if the wrong item was delivered.
How soon should I report an issue with my order?
Any issue must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.
How can I request a return?
You can request a return by contacting Kergro WhatsApp Support and sharing:
- Your Order ID
- Photo or video proof
- A brief description of the issue
Which products are non-returnable?
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or wrong item is delivered:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Dairy products (milk, curd, butter, etc.)
- Frozen food
- Opened food packets
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Baby food
How long does the refund process take?
Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
